Coordinator of Alumnae Relations and Event Planning
The Catholic High School of Baltimore seeks a self-motivated and organized individual to be the Coordinator of Alumnae Relations and Event Planning. This person is responsible for developing strong relationships between Catholic High and its alumnae in order to promote the mission of the school, foster a sense of community, and generate financial support. Responsibilities include planning and execution of all special events; implementation and management of a strong alumnae association; maintenance of the alumnae database; and assistance with all facets of fundraising, including special events, annual giving, and major gifts campaign. This person also serves as a liaison for reunion groups. The position is part-time/ 25-30 hours per week, and some evening and weekends are necessary. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience with volunteer management and special events is required. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
