The Catholic High School of Baltimore complies with the following civil regulations:

-Child Abuse Reporting Regulations, COMAR 13A.09.09 Educational Programs in Nonpublic Schools and Child Care Centers.  State of Maryland.
-Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Policy available).
-Drug Free Schools and Community Act Amendments of 1989 (Policy available).
-The Catholic High School of Baltimore is a smoke-free building and campus.
-Prohibition of Sexual Harassment (Policy available).
-Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
-Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (Test results and management plan available in school office).
-Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Management Plan (The Catholic High School of Baltimore abides by universal precautions).  Plan is available in the school office.
